Damn, that's a really cool interface/implementation of the cross-over. It's immediately understandable and useable. It's almost perfect. And I personally *really* like having 5 bands...I'll have to put it to use, but it looks like an ideal replacement for the Spectral Balance Controller (SBC), which I always have loaded in my mixer for live jams & recording!
(I think the only improvement that could be made to the concept/gui is an FFT view where the cross over display is...which you more or less get from the meters anyways!)
A BIG Thank you!!

MBX5 is excellent ! I'm trying to compare it with Optimaster ans I think I get better result with MBX5. Five bands are better than 3 !

There is a damned limiter or brickwall limiter or whatever you call it, isn't it, Peter ?

Are you looking for a simple frequency splitter ? because there is several as free devices (such as FreqSplitter v0_2) or modular, if you are really looking for a multiband compressor with separate output, I don't know any...

But with those free devices, you could build it easily !

Always had an issue with the B2003 sounding like a real Hammond B3. It does do a great job of a stopped Rotor sound, then adding an Overdrive plug pre B2003 inputs for a close sounding ELP/Deep Purple tone, but the drawbars are just not Hammond sounding to my ears.
So I got Vb3 and a Melda MRotary Cabinet.
Tried using Scope Overdrive in between them by routing ASIO in puts and outputs back into Bidule, but ended up getting a Multiband Distrotion plug in from Melda and post VB3 pre MRotary and what a great sounding Hammond B3 I have now.
The above Multiband Compressor is excellent though in an Effects slot on the mixer for final touch ups, and I couldn't be happier.
Nice having the right bands and adding Limiting (high ratio Compressor settings) on every band.
Excellent news from the front lines in the War On Live Performance.........

If you need to tame a beast like an overdriven/distorted Hammond B3, and the percussion 3rd Harmonic is killing your tweeters, or the Bass is killing the woofer, or the midrange makes rocks fall out of your nose, this is the best Multiband Comp I have used.
Screenset capabilities would be the finishing touch for this gem.
