Hi,
after formatting harddrive and installing
winxp home, i cannot install sfp software
4.0 or 3.1.
Pulsar 2plus Driver is installed properly.
No error message in device manager.
When i start software installation there is a message:

Hardware cannot be setup properly
installation error:Pulsar2 SRAMTest failed
data 0x00002000 reads 0x00000000.
Please check hardware for conflicts.
Cannot start creamware installer
(error code 0004)

Hi,

you might take your card out of the pc, use an airduster to blow away dirt & dust, clean the pci-contacts, and the stdm contacts using pure alcohol (isopropanol), reseat the card into the pc, then try to install again.

If you get the same error, you might probably have a hardwarefault on the card.

Call your dealer or contact the creamwaresupport for help then.
