This is the 2nd time that I cannot load projects from day before.

Sorry to here that.... What version are you using?
I know how annoying SX can be. I spent a few hours looking around the web at logic 6 trying to decide if it would be worth getting a Mac. I would love to have a program that was stable.
I seem to spend around more and more time sorting out weird SX problems. I spent a hour yesterday trying to find a random midi note that played in a bass drum loop. I ended up deleting everything in the loop and it still played. I re-started SX and it went away. I had a cross-fade that kept going mental.
SX could be a great program, if only they would sort it out.

I think the problem with hanging notes is rather a midi issue than a certain app's one.

Oh, yeah, some 4 years ago I had a nick 'Technical problem' and guess what? My sampler's hdd fu***d up with 5 unfinished songs in it! So stay away from bad affirmation Perhaps you should write an ode to your beloved SX? You never knows what helps Of course I'm joking. But not with your problem
