Lately, my friend had trouble with his powersupply, well we guessed it was the powersupply. He did buy an other one, an Enermax Silent 450w.

When we changed it, he just concluded the exact same thing, ex.: This one weight nothing, must be shit!

The enermax was twice the weight héhé, funny...

You know what? I have approximately the same theory about amplifiers. My old Hitachi 30w rms @ ~40lbs deliver twice the power of a new Sony 100w rms @ 6lbs... both at 8ohms.

Well, there are still a few things the old way... It's sort of pleasing isn't it?

I think it's like pickups as well...
