Dev Req: Standalone / Midi sync Metronome Please

I looked high and low in my SFP package, and haven't found a metronome plugin for SPF. It sounds silly I know, but I like to play back to a clicktrack - as sometimes I don't make the drums up until after I've pieced together various lines. It's a pain becuase I use the SFP synths all the time in a "play" mode (I don't load up any midi sequencers), and usually just record me messing around for the sake of ideas - but my tempo in my head is wonky at best .

Just a simple metronome with a ping/click/whatever with adjustable speed,ping volume, and possible midi sync is all I'm after.

Yeah, would be very nice, i often work the same way, recording bunch og live tracks directly in vdat, and i launch logic 'just for the click'...
