which pre for 100 euro?

i'm going to buy a mic and a preamp. i would like not to spend more than 100 euro for the pre and aroud 100 euro for the mic. i'll use mainly for recording acoustic instruments (flute, guitar...) and i don't want an exceptional quality, because i'm just an hobbyst and i've just spent too much money!

i would like to buy some second gear pre... what are your suggestions?
