How can I use these programs? I have STS5000 (and EXS24)?

you must convert then to a format recognized by sfp (p/s , sf2, sts)... (i think cdXtract manage that format)

There is no free way of doing it? (The demo version of cdExtract will not convert S5000/S6000 samples)
My last cents of money went to scope card
Umm, there's a great shareware program, Awave Studio v8.5
The demo version makes one conversion, and you have to restart the program. I didn't try the batch converter though. Maybe this programs is even worth buying.

try wav2akai. It´s a program that convert 8 and 16-bit wav samples till akai. I have tried it on my STS3000 and it works fine
