Since it's no more updated since SFP and its preset list, it comes on newly shipped cd's and is no more available online. I guess it takes them too much upload bandwidth.
You're so lucky I got a mirror
I had to strip 2-3 large patches cos it would go over the freely available 50MB per url, on my ISP. Enjoy!

Whts the deal with the RC2,3 etc?
Why are they releasing these intermediate updates? Is it just to get more feedback and debug? If so they should really make it clearer on the site.

my big question is whether the rc3 will muck up right over the top of rc2...i'll give it a shot =]

It does, but install RC3 from it's own folder. Unlike before AFAIK, you cannot copy the new setup files over your older ones.

Has anyone noticed an improvement in RC3 over RC2? It's getting to be too many releases for me to bother but if it's much better I'll get it.

See it as an offer

Yes, this way has some advantages for both us and those users who asked for public betas in the past. If your current SFP version works fine for you, then don't bother about it and wait for the official 3.1c release.

Hmm, thought it was.

I'd just like to say that creamware should be applauded for letting release conditates out.
Its a really good way of making sure the version is 'rock solid' before going final.
Well Done

Agreed totaly, i really found it was a really good move from creamware the minute i saw the first RC, (RC2)...
This is the way to go. It very cool for us geeks who always want the latest an try stuff, and is also good for peoples who can't afford just 'trying', they'll have a 'tested' version and comments for testing users before migrating to new version. This is also good for creamware obviously, so it is a win-win-win situation!

Hey y'all!
I've finally gone broadband! Gone are my <56K days, and I don't need to be at work to download stuff!!!
So... Now, I finally got the final version 3.1c! I noticed that it's half the size of Release Candidates 2 & 3. What "stuffs" are missing on the final release? I couldn't find any references.
Thanks loads!
Z

Hmm. You could be right!
I'm inclined to reinstall RC#3 just for the heck of it. Oh well!
Cheers!

Update:
My mirror page now has SFP 3.1c update and modular2. I know the contest is over, but I wanted it to be somewhere online. Afaik, it's the only download location on the web now, for mod2.

Just got confirmation: Mod2 key comes w Mod3. If any new users are interested, get it from CW's shop!
