Problem :

When Cycling on 4 bars i've got a lot of pop,clicks and fucking loss of sync. Worth if i add a VSTi (a1 for example).
I Think I tried all possibilities of tuning numbers and length of buffers, even expert tuning of Asio drivers.
Problem is still the same

Just to be very sure:
Does your HD really run in DMA mode?

Although you set "DMA if possible", XP likes to change it back to "PIO only" on certain mainboards.
Maybe your mobo is one of them?

DMA : where do u tune this ? I've got only to SCSI drives. (DMA isn't only for IDE ? )

There is a problem with SCSI under WinXP. This will be fixed in the upcoming Service Pack 1. (<a href=http://www.theinquirer.net/?article=4152>links in this article for fixes and more info</a>)

And if your problem isn't related to that, it is more than likely related to your motherboard: unfortunately, you miss the most important letter of the model number for your board - is it a Via or an Nforce?

Via+scsi=bad (up until KT400 at least), as the VIA has a low performing PCI bus.

nForce+MSI ... nforce also had PCI bus issues that ASUS have released an updated bios to fix on thier nForce boards. Not sure if MSI did, but you may want to download the latest bios for your motherboard, and flash it.

Finally... make sure you have the latest chipset/motherboard drivers for your board! For nvidia/nforce get these from http://www.nvidia.com - for via from http://www.viaarena.com
