I think its great that the bundle finaly recieved an update after around 2 years. so thats definately nice to know and highly appreciated.

I just have two questions:
1. How come 4080L still has a prior bug that was not fixed in this update (the loading uppon a new project) the cset does not fix all instances of the load, that is, I still have problems with loading which makes it practicaly useless after a save project :sad:.
2. If you cant set 0.2db on the master compressor as last output target, how are you supposed to use it to achieve what it was meant to do: volume maximization on final mixes? it seems this update missed this point and sadly , I doubt mastecompressor will ever work. oh well...
3. the vintage EQ - I remember it having some phase problems at some scenerios.. was this looked at at all?

I don't know why that happens. I doesn't on any of my systems. Are you sure you entered the correct setting in cset.ini ?
[hw]
fadeInOut=0 (Capital I and O)

I didn't miss the point, I just didn't have enough time to fix it this release. It's not a exactly a simple task, since the bug is in Creamware's dithering module, which is the one used in the Mastering Compressor.
It WILL be fixed in a later update.
Meanwhile, what I do is simply to record the 32(24)bit output from the MasteringComp and do the dithering in Wavelab... So I don't have to do without the wonderful sound of the MasteringComp :wink:
3. the vintage EQ - I remember it having some phase problems at some scenerios.. was this looked at at all?
I checked all plugs for phase problems in SFP. Only the MasteringComp Soft had any problems, and those where fixed...
