Everything seems very good there, but i would strongly suggest a second physical harddisk for all your audio (recording, samples, etc...). Because recording or playing back samples from the OS drive may create clicks due to windows using it for internal tasks like caching, pagefile, etc...

2 small thoughts on the HD choice.
I hear that the Seagate Barracudas are really quiet and that is important to some.
If you do wan't the WD drive you should definitley go for the one with 8 mb cache.
It is a lot faster and not much more expensive.
That's what i read in a test yesterday.
I'm not sure if you can get that one in 40 gigs.
Oh, and definitley get 2 HD:s.

I have one more question, as you can see my video-card will be a Matrox G450 LX, wich advantages or disadvantages will i have of using this video card in stead of a normal AGP 3D card.
Thanx

Good 2D quality
Slow 3D speed
Easy way to use 2 monitors
No fan
Matrox has a message board with people employed to answer your questions. It is open 24hours a day 5days a week. I have used a few times - it is extremely usefull.
Don't know, what the LX is?
