Hi, Im trying to load sample programs directly from akai cds but it keeps giving an error "X Samples cannot be loaded FILENAME.s; .. Do you want to search for them" when It tries to find the samples that are used in the patch.

Does it support loading direct from akai cds? Or do I need to save them to disk first as STS patches.

If I use cdextract to save them as sts files it works fine but this is less than ideal when just trying stuff out.

Yes, even though you can't view AKAI CDs with regular Windows explorer, you can read from the just fine directly inside Pulsar and play them directly off the CD using any STS.. but..

I would suggest you use the Pulsar File Browser to copy the samples or CDs you use most frequently to your harddisk: Just "Copy" and "Paste" using the Pulsar File Browser, quicker loads, and no CD swapping while you track...
