I believe, if you have nothing possitive to say - DON'T - this is where a lot of you fails.
All of the following quotes are taken from the CW vs Korg thread.
Most of them are taken from otherwice very decent and well written posts.
You can always skip the quotes, and jump to the conclusion (would be sad if you did though)

I am not in any way calling DXL a saint.

People find you offensive.
It is not for no reason, you get to put up with all this.
People actually truly like their cards.
I do not think, you have acomplised much with your attitude.
I believe, if you continue this way, you will be ignored by everyone (including me).
I see you write some fine things too.
I see you can be open to sense and change your mind, if that seems more reasonable to you.
I believe you are not gaining much here as it is now.
I also believe, that if you stay low profile for some time, and come back later, and if you change to a more possitive attitude, you will be respected (might take some time though).

It takes atleast 2 to make a fight - this was realy a group fight - a lot of you where fighting too - being offensive as shown in the quotes, being no better than the person you where fighting.
I take no side in this war. To much sad things has been done from both sides.
I would like to show my respect to those, who did not enter the fight.

Please, there is only one way to keep this forum one of the best forums on the internet:
If you have nothing possitive to add, stay out of it - ignore if needed - it is not, like someone is physically threadening you health with a baseball bat.
DO NOT BECOME THE SECOND PART OF A FIGHT.
If angry (it is ok to be angry) look into yourself before hitting "send" - is this realy, what you want to send. Do you realy want the consequences?

Nice of you to take several half phrases completely out of context and even out of the sentences they belonged in to promote your diatribe, but as you can see in another post, I have already apologised for the impact my amusement with DXL has had on other people in this forum.

I don't think DXL should be thrown out by the way and have never suggested so. He has as much right to be here posting his opinions as I have. I don't really mind him attacking me - he's a name on a computer screen for pity sake. And I'm sure he doesn't really mind the returned compliment from me. He certainly has never initiated any private discussions with me to ask me to stop and there certainly is the mechanism in this forum to do that.

The reason I stopped is that it seemed to be having a bad effect on everyone else. As far as I am concerned, DXL is free to post whatever he likes without a response from me.

In the meantime, please feel free to get off your soapbox oh 'he who has not sinned'. It doesn't actually help to start off a whole new thread like this as a pronouncement from heaven just so you can 'tut tut' when people respond to it in lowly discourse. At least other people were actually responding in threads to statements already present rather than instigating a whole new round.

The ½fraces are only to point out, that even though someone makes a very reasonable post, sometimes very little destroys the effort.

I saw your appology. I found that fine - maybe I should have mentioned it.

Thanks for your soap box comment I guess, that is, how I often look to others. Let me brake it: I have been with a married woman. My coverdfullness might be the reason for another persons death about 8years ago. I have lied and broken promisses made to people, who are me near. But I try, to do better (and I for shure do better now). Am I now alowed to preach - now that I have commited, I am not a saint?

Anyway, what I realy wanted with that thread was a previously unspoiled place (lots of bad wibes in some of the other threads). I just want PlanetZ back as a creative, helpfull place that I can go to with good expectasions, and leave with peace in mind. If you find me overly sensitive, let that be my problem - or tell me (maybe you teach me something).

That's cool Immanuel. And I responded to your other thread about using Pulsar. That was a cool topic.

It had an air of cooperative learning about it which was cool. The platform is so diverse that it's really great to see how other people are using it and why they want to continue to do so.

DXL alone himself does not destroy to me. It is the offensive debate, (wich he is part of) that may destroy some of my good feel for this forum. But as I pointed out you can not fight war with war (when you can not make your enemies post-existent - and doing so in a forum like this is a very delicate thing, that I have a hard time believing John will appresiate). In a place like this war can be "fought" with peace however. And my statement is, that some of us must be more aware for this to work.

Truely... I was thinking he was starting to make serious, straight up comments just before I left.. Let's just not make a big deal out of this yeah? Or, atleast let's keep the main bulletin free of all this non sense.
