Does anyone know how to do this? I'm loving using Nuendo with Pulsar, but can't for the life of me figure out how to trigger program changes on Pulsar synths (or STS) from Nuendo.

i don't know how to do with synths, but with sts is easy.
go to sts's program pool (you must have sounds in program pool) and check PrgChange.
