ehem I noticed my dual PIII CPU's have a higher Performance Rating. (i mean when i have not even OC'ed my Acorp!)
your P4@2.12= PR2327
my 2xPIII@1GHz= PR 2404
I compared some MM and Aritmetic benches, I noticed that sometimes even one single PIII of mine rates HIGHER than the P4!!

I'm quite interested in how PIII Tualatin benches. My PIII's have each 256kB L2, Tualatin has 512kB L2 and should be higher rated, dunno if SiSoft will show. Any figures of yours, DeFex?

its well known that p3 does more per cycle than p4. unfortunately there are no apps except for something like 3d studio max that can take full advantage of having it in the form of a dual CPU. AND... PR rating was invented by cyrix so stfu
oh..and no copy protection errors yet.
btw lets see some sandra graphs esp the memory bandwith and multimedia one
(edit after seeing benchmarks) thats quite impressive. i wonder how a dual i860 p4 xeon would work. the xeon 1.8Ais $300US

Hi ...
My music bro just bought a P4B266 for his LUna II system ... The mobo is very good and stable with alot of options (as in Asus trademark) tho he had alot of copy protections errors... We solved the problem reinstalling Win XP in Standard PC mode ...
(switching to standard pc after installation didn't solvd the problem...)
For my new system I'll go for the P4T-E with rambus as rimm are quite the same price of ddr here and performs a bit better

My pleasure. If I saw well, you had about 4 times my memory bandwidth though
