Has anybody descriptions on a list (maybe with ratings) for the modular 1 and 2 patches cause there´s plenty up here and I cannot decide which I should choose if I use one in a project.

If select a Modular patch (from PlanetZ lists) you will generally find a description for it on the following page

Hi,
if you go to the 'Patches' area on my site, you'll find a list of all v1 & v2 patches, with a brief description of each. Normally the description is what's been posted to PLanetZ.
A few recent patches have not yet been added, but it might be a good starting point.
