Solaris Install Problem

Hi,

I'm having problems installing Solaris. I'm on Scope 5.1/Win7 64bit. I get the following 2 error messages:

I have placed the missing file into 'C:\Program Files\SCOPE PCI\App\Sys' and have also placed it in every folder just to be sure. Still get the same error messages. I can't use Solaris at all

Any help appreciated.

Hi, you have to use the 64 bit version which is called JBCtrlSh64.sys.
The file must be copied to C:\Program Files\SCOPE XITE\App\Sys (or where you installed Scope) then restart Scope.

About the control shaper preset, I attached the one I have which doesn't generates incompatibility error, copy it to the Scope presets folder. You could also try to save it from the Solaris shaper preset menu to overwrite it to fix the error.
