Creamware manual and cards book

Hi there !
I can't find my Creamware's manual book, where's picture of Luna II card with I/O information.
If anyone could be so kind and post a picture of Luna II card from that Cremware manual's book ?
Must do some external connections to Luna II card.

I would be very happy if anyone can also upload picture or link for Luna II expansion card ?
Adat in/outs.
I'm connecting 2 computers again over expansion.
