What is the position regarding transfer of licenses from board to board ?

Is this still possible? and if it is What is the charge ?

I will probably get another 15 dsp board at some time and was wondering if it would be possible to transfer my licenses from my 6 dsp to the 15 dsp.

v5.1 and v7 licenses cannot be transferred.

However, the actual Scope package license for v5.1 & v7 cannot be transferred ?
