Scope SDK wiki access?

I am, perhaps unwisely, getting into working with the SDK. I'm still working on the process of gathering information and study materials. I've got a lot of things collected, but I still haven't been able to access this wiki:

Some information I've found seems to indicate that it's administered by the user w_ellis and perhaps also sharc from BC Modular. Attempts to contact them have not produced a response so far. Does anyone know how to gain access to this wiki? Any related information would also be helpful. If it's defunct I can just move on, but I can't even see if there's anything there.

Somewhat related, it seems a little odd that there isn't a dedicated SDK area in this community. Are there reasons for that I'm not aware of? Maybe myself and others could contribute to make that happen?
