Recording into STS sampker

Does recording into the STS sampler create a stereo or two mono files?

Which version of Scope does this work on?’

I never used an STS Sampler for that purpose, but just tried with STS 3000 in Scope 5.1 anyway:
records 1 stereo file, the dual mono seems to be an import feature in particular for Akai CDs.

Thanks Astroman. I will try in my v5.1 also and see. Can't get it working in 7 x64bit version.

I used it on my old XP box in 32bit mode, which is off inet.
But in general I prefer the free Wavosaur sample editor for such tasks, it's very efficient to preprocess recordings and snip pieces from them. Worth checking out
