Hi,
I installed old Pulsar I card using 64-bit drivers from Scope 5.1 package on 64-bit W10 (see the picture).
Is it possible to use it without Scope 5.1 SW as a simple sound-card (just audio out from Windows)?
I don't have license for Scope 5.1 and 4.5 can't be installed on 64-bit system.
Thanks
Peter

I think you will always need to install the software. It is needed for the routing and the licence control... and without licence it is a no go.

the card is not a soundcard. it just can act like one. if it were a soundcard, there would be an ASIO control panel inside your ASIO app.
without the Scope software, the card is a computer without an operating system. it cannot recognize, route or pass audio.
