When I decided on the XITE-1 it was a bit of a coin toss. Hard to really tell if it's going to work in my world and now that I've had it for half a year I started doing an assessment and what I'm finding is that I'm just not using it to it's full capacity. I think I need something more simple. I thought the idea of having Modular at my side would be amazing but in a sense I'm finding that it's too deep a rabbit hole and my music is more about simple tones used in complex arrangements. I'm doing too much sound design and not enough playing. We'll see... no one's bitten yet. Maybe I'll change my mind.
