I guess that answers to my question is already here on the forum, but my English is bad and my knowledge of computers is even worse, so please if somebody can give a concrete answer which motherboard will work flawlessly for my Pulsar2 +, POCO and UAD?!

Thanks in advance. :)

hi!

Korčula is nice place to live i bet ;)

i'm selling mine with 4 pci slots
it's tested with pulsar along with Powercore mk1 (+2 other pci cards).
everything works but masterverb count is not ideal (read the thread): http://forums.planetz.com/viewtopic.php?f=8&t=32906

or try to get 8 series motherboard (for core i 4xxx processors), like fujitsu d3236s

Unfortunately, arrangement of slots on this motherboard does not suit me. :/

yes, although an update to win8 does block a couple of DAS plugins. http://forums.planetz.com/viewtopic.php?f=1&t=32720&

otherwise, win8 works well. you would need to purchase v5.1, if you don't already own it.

in 64bit windows, you cannot use XTC mode, or the STS samplers. the older step sequencers also don't work correctly in Vista/win7/win8.

Thanks, garyb :) I am already on 64bit win7!

ok, well win7 and win8 are the same, as far as audio apps go. i'd just stay with win7. again, everything will work well but no STS and no XTC.

Probably i'll stay with win7 too, but I like to know all possibilities.
I dont use STS and XTC.
I use Masterverb but in monitoring only.

Here's another Industrial ASRock that might like Scope.

Which is it ?
Clicking on pic doesn´t enlarge, so no chance to read the printout.

IMB-780.

It's from their Industrial Section, also where a Mini ITX has been buffed up to use with a DAW as the stoarage options are insane.
These guys in the last year have really impressed me with their M.2 connectors (best available @ Gen 3.0 x PCI-e 4x) and just insanely fast designs, which just happen to benefit sample streaming far better than any other boards out there.
