Phase Shifter?

hi there! long time no hear, but I'm still in the game 
does anyone of you know of a module in modular that shifts the phase of a signal by an external constant or any CV value?
I need such a very simple module for mixing 3 sources by one cv knob - I cant do it with flexor modmix alone as cv's would need to be exactly 1/3rd "away" from each other - by "away" I mean a phase distance of one third (with three sources that is, of course)
anyone know what I mean?
