if U want 5.x you must pay. 4.x is free, but if U have only 3.x you cannot pass to 4.x now, you must pay to 5.x directly.

I think the question was: which Scope version is activated on your board, just to know what "normal plugins" means ...
If this one is a LUNA, I suspect you would have
- Scope 4.0
- Main Studiotools Package
- Effect package 1
- STS 2000P/3000/4000
- Modular 2
- Arp 01
activated on the card ?
By the way, where are you located and what would be the shipping cost to France ?
