yes I've been waiting AGES for Black Mesa Source, was hoping that it's out before EP3. But I gave up and just started replaying HL1 Source and figure at my leisurely pace (barely done the first level n the last few weeks) that by the time I get to HL2 Ep2 MAYBE Ep3 will be ready.

A positive attitude may not solve all your problems, but it will annoy enough people to make it worth the effort.

The length of time it takes BP to clean up the Gulf of Mexico oil spill
even longer will be the time to repair the damage caused
even longer will be the time before any compensation is payed out to those affected

On the flipside, I'd much rather a game from Valve than from EA/DICE & their crummy PC updates & support for Bad Company2, which is STILL better than the complete lack of dedicated servers for Modern Warfare 2 (ie, what is good enough for console players is all PC players get?) Ubisoft takes the crown atm though with their DRM that is so invasive it will pause and then eventually close your game if you don't constantly maintain an internet connection...so skipping Assassins Creed 2, Splinter Cell Conviction and so on on the PC is a no brainer for many (or just pirating it even further). Much of that activity is obviously driven to push people to consoles (which are easily chipped anyway) but if that level of DRM is normalized...Cubase "Cloud computing" version anyone?

When your new boss asks you to go down and see his buddy at the hardware store and ask for a long stand.
