Update minimax ASB (HEEEELP)

Hi. I recently bought a minimax ASB, it was the last machine which had in the shop, It´s a creamware minimax (not sonic core).
My question is: I have downloaded the las minimax remote, I think v2.2, and I sent a e-mail to support@soniccore.de and register@soniccore.de, with my minimax serial number and then register sent me another e-mail with a Zip file and tell me I don´t know what about SCOPE V5. (not compatible or something similar). but they don´t sent me a key activation serial.
I put the name of the ZIP file, into key activation cell, but this is not the key activation, (error).
How have I to do to take a key activation to update my minimax ASB?
