Scope Software 4 or higher in Win 7 64 Bit running XP mode

Hello,
would the Scope software run on Win 7 64-bit in the virtual machine envoirement using XP mode? Could be the way to ship around the lack of exisiting Scope driver for Win 7 64 bit until Soniccore will release 64-Bit software?
