It's a bit comical, because they only talk about the box and the guy from Sonic Core gets asked trick questions about latency. Also they are carefully avoiding the subject of availability of the Mac version (the only question that really interests me personally). They obviously had no computer handy to start it up.

also he told the interviewer it is available
right now with pcie and express card.
and they mention that VSTIM mode which sounds like a renaming of XTC, as well as the advent of "a lot of instruments before the end of the year".
not a glimpse of what was said in the video appears on the S|C web, as usual...

new stuff Dirk said (Sales & Marketing Manager SonicCore), or at least what's new for me:
- now available with express card for notebooks
- xtc mode seems now to be called VSTIM (virtual studio technology integration mode)
- old sharc dsps are for routing and mixing, new ones for instruments and effects
- there's a fat new instrument to be released at the end of 2009
cheers

well, it was quite a mumble through my speakers here at work. I somehow heard a plural in there, but it seems I was wrong...

Nearly took poor old Dirk's eye out as well. Careful with the mic, mate.
Good to see that Sonic Core is getting the word out there though

You Xite owners need to get out your video cameras.
show some ridiculous amount of voices or something. many potential buyers look at youtube
