Hi,
i do reply because i do never work with ebay no more.Bad experiences.Maybe it's possible to buy this card without the use of ebay.
What's the price for the scope 14 dsp and does it have a scope 4.5 license?

Hi, Yes it has the 4.5 license. But, as several people have placed bids it would be unfair for me to sell it outside of ebay now. I have 100% positive feedback on ebay and often buy and sell in Europe and the USA.
