I just spoke to Ralf at S|C.
Neither SDK that he sent to me by post has arrived here in Australia yet
I have been waiting over a month now.
He suggested posting here to see if there is anyone in Australia or NZ that would be able to send me the CD or a copy.
I will pay for/organinse a courier or Express Post.
