New device crashing scope

I just made a new device but whenever I remove it from a project it will crash scope. Anybody had this problem or know what to check to fix it? First time this has happened to me.

check the parameters i guess there are some grey;

I'm sorry I'm not sure what that means, could you clarify?
I don't see any grey in the list.

be shure that all parameters assigned to preset list are right.
it's easy to pick some controller outside the device if U not use the freeze button when U assign the parameters to preset list.
sometimes it's more easy to rebuild the device new from scratch to avoid the scope crash...

fixed, none were grey but there was a problem with the parameters, I did them over and everything is working, thanks.
