Well checking today's rate it's actually $355. Anyway i think it only ever went on sale once (not long after i'd bought it after hanging on for a couple of years - typical), but that's been it, and i think that's when it was Creamware and FleXor 1.5 so there's no saying Sonic|Core will ever do the same with FleXor3.

Also it's not actually that much money it's just that the US$ is getting a pounding (sic) by the €, £ and other currencies. In a stable market it would be roughly the same in $, although obviously that doesn't help you.

I'd dare to say also if you want to use the amazing number of great patches already available that feature it and also if you think that learning new things for your music is good! :)

Flexor in my opinion is the most valuable package in my Scope toolset. I use it most often out of any other Scope devices I've bought.

I don't see how you can regret it, it's an amazing package, I'm using it in every mix I make. Since I got flexor I'm in granular heaven! I had no idea how granular synthesis can spice up music by introducing new textures.

I'm using the tape sat and other shapers a lot, I like what it does to the voice, it's a part of my sound now! Be ready to spend some serious time with it though, if you want to explore the possibilities, because they are INFINITE !!!
