the sooner the better...this program is driving me nuts! (and I want to make music again, damn!)

I suspect it to be some alignment issue, and that, oh dear, is AFAIK some FASM anomaly.

i tried the demo
but crash if i select asio scope driver from the setup
tried different asio modules in scope ASIO2 24 Bit Source and ASIO Source
with the sameresult.

I've just heard (see streinberg forums) that cubase4.1 has also issues, something to do with Asio/SSE.

Could be the same.

i dont know anything about cubase 4.1
i use old one sx3
in cubase 3 i can sitch on/off asio and i can switch different asio modules in scope on the fly as well if i selcet the driver in cubase again.

But if i select asio in matryx i get a pup up with an message
Error:ACCESS VIOLATION Your work will be save to recover .....
No more Info. Looks like a null pointer, maybe more info with a debug version

p.s. I'm also beta testing other hosts, so this should be interesting.

I think I'm finally on the right track!

But to be sure : please download a debug version from :
www.webgenpro.be/matryx.exe and install over demo-version (600KB).

This version should popup a window with info of your driver.
If you could send (or publish here) a screenshot of that window.

asio flt modules seems to work with matryx ...
matryx wont crash after setup the scope asio drivers

but i did not hear any sound if i load a demo patch or what ever

siriusbliss did you get a sound out from matryx ?

ps:
i only get a sound if i switch do mme direct sound driver ac97 driver
