WANTED 2 STDM cables

Hello, I live in France and no local shops offer any STDM cables (none sell creamware anymore 
)
I've tried ordering online in some shops in the US but some of the shipping prices are ridiculous, like over 80$, when the cables would cost me 30$.
I would prefer not to make them myself, as I wouldn't know where to start about getting the parts and I don't trust my craftsmanship that much.
Can anyone help?

ps. It is to hook up an old Pulsar2 and a Scope Proffesional. Isn't SC supposed to provide some kind of cable service?
