Sequencer Mixer Versus Scope Mixer

Ok I've justing been discussing how both mixer work with each other.

I've just read a few old posts here and see that Scope processes in 32bit integer and e.g.Cubase uses 32bit floating point.

So should you leave all the sequencer channels at 0dB and mix the levels in Scope's mixer or does it really matter.

for tracking and quick mixes, i use cubase.
for anything i want to do my best on(final mixes), i do on the scope mixer. i will use the sequencer's automation for mutes and volume, once again for workflow's sake.
