Driver version ?

Hi guys! I am pretty new here. My Pulsar II is on the way. Second hand unit. It does not have newest software so i am confused what to download and where? I know i cant use scope 4.5 plugs without buying license but what about 4.5 drivers ??

if you have v4.0, you can use v4.5, but you won't get all the extras. if you don't have v4.0, just write SonicCore with your name address, email etc and the card's serial number, it's free.

Does this mean if you have 4.0 allready, that you can install 4.5 for free, and it will work fine just with out the extra plugins

I'm dusting off my old computer that has a Pulsar I card installed with 3.1c drivers. Given that drivers haven't changed really since 3.1c, is there any advantage for me installing Scope 4.5? Anything new I can use? I downloaded Scope 4.5 from here:
