The one with less frills, cooler running for a Scope Daw system that is better tweakable to let the PCI resources unaffected.

Best PCI-E Video card for Scope?
For what it's worth Alfonso, I've started thinking that if you can match the gfx card to the mobo as best as you can, you should expect top performance. I used to have a cheapo OEM branded FX5200 Nvidia card in our NF2 Asus mobo running 3 CW cards, but was never particularly happy with the graphics performance even after many a tweaking session. Then I bought a newer Asus branded Nvidia gfx card thinking that using the same board brand & chipset manufacturer as our mobo might make a difference. Well, it did... BIG TIME !!
Anyway, it's just a thought & of course I could've just got lucky with that upgrade

Thx for the replies, I should add a thing:
I've been told that as far as for temperature issues a fan cooling is much better....the very good thing is that I don't have to care about the noise at all, because the machine is in another room. At this point shouldn't I consider active cooling a better solution?

Definitely, get one with a fan. Not only for the video card itself, but because video cards are one of the elements which get SCOPE boards warm if you’re not careful. They are usually quite close to each other.
I am using an EVGA with great results Alfonso, as Gary points out, it is a cheap but very good brand, no nonsense.
