I had previously thought that SonicCore would continue to manufacture products under CreamWare's brand name. Does this mean that Scope, ASB, etc. are going to entirely change to SonicCore on the devices themselves?ali wrote:yes they are working very hard to get everything switch to sonic core as soon as possible.

That is pretty slow. I'd expect it with a few hours. I wrote to info@soniccore.comgaryb wrote:normally, a day, maybe two.motormind wrote:How long should it take to receive a keyfile?
sometimes it's possible to get filtered by the antispam filter, especially if using a "free" email address like hotmail. with all the moving going on, 3-4 days might happen. if it's been more than 3-4 days, just write back and they should take care of you. what email did you write to?
well, anything goes - I'd expect new fees and the existing ones (for license transfer etc) to be raised in the range of (say) 2 to 4, so your expectations can be met in future...motormind wrote:...That is pretty slow. I'd expect it with a few hours. I wrote to info@soniccore.com
