Z-Link - 4 pin or 6 pin?

Wil be buying a couple of Z-Link cables and A16Ultra in the near future (once funds allow!).

I am probably going to be buying my Z-Link cable from this site (as recommended in another thread) and need to know, is it the 4 pin or 6 pin Firewire cable that I need? I know I have read that Creamware uses the standard Firewire format but I have no idea what standard is. I could do a Google but I would rather trust Zers with their advice than my interpretation from some sites' explanation of Firewire!
Just out of interest, why do Creamware call it Z-Link, if it is a standard Firewire connection?
