I can't believe I have never seen this awesome video. I became involved in music professionally because of his 8 track inventions, and he was the man for Jazz, rock, and everything English. From Muscle Shoals, to Criteria. Ray Charles to the Allman Brothers. Eris Clapton, and Zeppilin, to Charlie Parker.
This video gives you pride and meaning, and actually has some excellant hands on tips and visuals. An American Classic IMHO.
If you are serious about your productions, it is a must see.
His inventions are well documented, including the still needed " Fader ". They use to use big hardware dials in the day. He was a practical genius.
