why making such asound proccosor if it never ever works properly

This isn't an announcement, it's not news, most of us here fought at one time or another with XTC mode. I'm sure it can be 'persuaded' to work but that mode of the card seems suspiciously like an 'add-on'.

Most of the people using this card don't use XTC mode anyways. Too limiting once you're used to SFP mode.

Yup - wrong section dude.

Search the XTC-section there should be plenty of useful info there, many have gotten help getting XTC up and running in that section.

And a note to John when you move this thread Maybe it would be an idea not to have the "announcement"-section at the top of the list in our forum and have "general disccussion" at the top instead - hopefully that would rid us of all the posts posted in the wrong section?
