If you have a seq midi source in your scope project and connect it with a synth of your choice, in Cubase should appear scope at your possible midi connections. Take it. The midi channels should match.
If it doesn't help, post your project and a screenshot of your Cubase project under our "projects" column.
And don't forget: texts written in capitals are really hard to read, okay?
