If you live inside the EUROPEAN community you will be charged VAT. If you don't you won't be charged the VAT. You can easily try out to click on the BUY button after loging in as a new customer. Nothing will be charged until you confirm several times.
Ask your tax advisor for more details if you are unsure or mail me at sales@brainworx-music.de
Thank you, Dirk/BX.

Hi Dirk,

I purchased the BX_Digital before christmas. I asked about the updates about a month before hand and was told that furture updates to the device i purchased would be free. Please can you verify this is the case as i brought the device on the understanding I would not have to pay for the new updates.
:)

Regards,

Mark

Dear all!
At BRAINWORX all updates within a certain product version are free. This means updates from v1.0 to v1.1 etc. We will eventually release those updates to improve certain small things or fix bugs, etc.
Then again if we do NEW versions, add more modes, main features or whatever we would announcte these updates as V2, V3, etc., and they would NOT be free. I guess you can imagine that developing audio tools with unique features (which is what we wíll hopefully go on doing... 8) ) takes a lot of time, brain and money... so we will have to do this, just like any other commercial software company does.
We will find ways of finding good deals though for everybody who has bought a version1 of any BX product just before version 2 was announced. This is ONLY FAIR, and we will guarantee to always be a fair company.
BUT: at this point we have been informed that CREAMWARE has gone out of business again, and we have to stopp any further development of SCOPE software until this scenario is being solved.
We hope that this platform will stay alive somehow, and we are not saying that we are not at all considering new SCOPE plug-ins, but right now we are not able to release or develop further new stuff.
We will let all of you know when things have been worked out!
If anybody is interested in getting newer products (other platforms, etc.) please contact me PERSONALLY at dirk@brainworx-music.de . We will find a way of handling this.
Cheers to all of you, Dirk. / BX

Damn, how it's possible to going out of business 2 times with a product like Scope + ASB?!!! :x
FIRST thing to do in every enterprise is a good MARKETING PLAN!!!
With advertising, promotions, endorsing, tours...
Scope+ASB are IMO the best audio products ever for Electronic Music purpose!!! :o
Why, one more time again?!
And then, could be possible to raise a second time in these conditions? :-?
Let us know every single news about this, thanks in advance.
4PC + Scope 5.0 + no more Xite + 2xScope Pro + 6xPulsarII + 2xLunaII + SDK + a lot of devices (Flexor III & Solaris 4.1 etc.) + Plugiator.

all i can say is that the true story can't be in the open yet. this much you can believe, there are those involved who would like to see the product fail and have been using others to sow seeds of doubt. "consumer confidence" is the vicious circle that makes such a nefarious scheme work.

this is star wars palpatine stuff. say no to the dark lord by not panicking.

Certain people come to this forum under all sorts of guises just to slag off Creamware's products publically & legally. It's not nice to see, but can never be proven = nothing can be done about it. Anyway, I'm sure that's a different story.

BX Update question und answer from brainrox

Post by Sebastian »

Haha we`l get nothing
