midi latency with all fresh reinstall

running nuendo and scope with ultra a 16, api spdif (master), but have midi latency (major, up to 5 bars sometimes, it floats around). ...I have formatted harddrive, reinstalled all programs, issure still there, anyone else?

try checking "use system timestamp" in the device setup in nuendo.

funny, how the midi latency disappeared when i went back to nuendo 2, any takers for sonar 6 out there? vs nuendo? or cubase?
