I didn't manage to simulate a real spring, so I put a real one in this device...

Martin
EDIT:
Look for stereo springs in the posts below. Version 03 is mono & with crap-gui. Some GUI changes with 04 & 05 too.

this is a grat device! pity it´s mono only! if i insert it as a stereo i cant pan it... it´s only audible in the left side..
please! a stereo version would be amazing! this device is far to good to be mono only!
thank you SO much! i have been looking for good spring reverbs, and this is in my opinion, one of the best! and its free!!

and by the way.... i forgot... another font color would be great! i cant read the letters when i"open" up the device... and some presets would be nice, but thats streching it.. i REALLY love this reverb!
thanks!

great! this is *SO* good sounding! i wish you would change the font color though.... it´s impossible for me to edit the preset, because i can't read what the different knobs do:)
i REALLY like this device!
THANKS!
(now a plate reverb with the same sound quality and price! THAT would be amazing! : )

thank you for commenting on my song:) play it for your girlfriend.
thank you, really.
I'm making a new song, and the only reverb i use is YOURS! I LOVE SPRING REVERBS and platereverbs, and yours is by far the best sounding emulation i have heard, its very musical. i would prefer this anytime over any of the cw reverbs!
thank you!
(and please, when you have the time, could you edit the background color, its hard to read the letters, but only if you find the time to do it:)
THANKS AGAIN!

I thought it was quite good, but I think now listening to you again I think I should really spend some more work on it.
For the interested ones, here is the free secret of this beast:
I used several EQed feedbacks in the circuit (which is quite a wild one after trial and error principle), I think that's the reason for its living sound.
Martin
P.S. And for those who want to build their own reverbs with SDK - This topic opened my eyes & ears:
http://www.planetz.com/forums/viewtopic ... ight=#4165
P.S. II
I'm far from understanding ALL which is said there (when looking at additional pages with electronic-information), but luckily when first looking into SDK it gives you a little hint naming a certain module which is to use & the rest (my first steps here) is supereasy. My verbs here are a step back to 2001 in Scope-developement but still fascinating for someone who is quite new to all this.

It's very easy to dial in a nice dense sound without it turning to mush. Very, very nice dev. Text colour is a little difficult to work with

Well MCCY You've Done It Again,
I never liked the spring reverb in my Leslie 147 and used the Lexicon PCM60, and then the PCM70. But verb in the doppler field is tricky business anyway.
This psychedlic tribute is really causing me to regress and re think of old with the new. I tried Celmos Tape Sim making a emu of the Ursa Major and it sounded pretty sweet until I speed switched the rotary cabinet and it tended to muddy up the sound, but it is afterall a delay, then I thought get back to my roots and try a spring reverb. Perfect !!
For B3 sounds that don't use the thunky percussive harmonics and drawbars instead, this sounds exactly like the Leslie spring. What I thought was corny in the eigthies, is quite chic for this stuff.
Awesome B2003 rotary Joplin organ now, Thanks a bunch.

				Brotha' Man MCCY,
I love the sound of this. It is the first DSP based reverb that I like in UAD, PoCo, or Scope. I have heard many, and they have their uses, but this one is a " real spring ".
My Lexicons are too complex to create this but you managed to do an excellent job. It is perfect for the B2003, and even makes CW's noble attempt at a Leslie sound better.
I do have a problem though. Since it was designed for mono, I started using 2 instances of it, and it freezes my mouse. It does continue to play, but I must reboot it to gain back control of the mouse. It seems as though this happened to me b4 when using Scope reverbs. It might be a PCI over saturation thing.

If you could enlighten me on a work around I would be most appreciative, as this sounds so different from my hardware verbs, and though I always ran my rotary cabinet dry, the psychedelic kick I am on has Vox, Farfisa, Gibson, and Hammonds using the ancient Fender Twin Spring, or Leslie pre amp spring, and since I am a whinny little bitch when such details are concerned, I must strive for the perfect emu.
Humbly My Lord,

				Hm.

Don't know about this issue. After all these positive feedbacks I have the responsibility to develope it further although I recognized, that it's quite hard some times to enter again those trial & error circuits I did sometimes. A stereoversion & a new surface should be no problem I hope... I will try to reproduce your stereo-freezes here.

I believe that it is caused by having a high mixture of delays and reverbs combined that cause this. When I tried the A100, 4080L, Master-sperb, and the RMX160 it acted the same.
Since I just bought a PCM81, and have the Oberheim EDP, I will stop using the Celmo Tape Sim to do my spring emu on. If you make a stereo version I will go to all hardware in that box just to use the spring, as it's sound is perfect. You even managed to capture an actual "shake " at the end of the effect. I have no clue how you did this, but as kids we watched the Amboy Dukes where my oldest brothwer was the bouncer, and Ted Nugent would actually slightly shake his Twin just to get a little activity w/o causing the thunderous sound the spring makes when you drop the amp.
This is the only effect that I have heard that works in my rotary horn cabinets. Most are muddy and this is Crystal clear through the horn during high rotational speeds. The lexis work great but I guess nobody wanted a spring when these were designed.
Your Spring Sounds So Fine On the B2003, Hope we succeed in this endeavor.
I haven't played a B3 w/ a Leslie 147 for almost 3 years now, but CW's emu is more controllable and has faster response live, and the spring was just a finishing touch. The differences between the Virtual and hardware are few, and this closed the gap completely.
