Hey does anyone have any trouble opening up their information on the Creamware "My Page" site?? I'm trying to reinstall my Scope Producer pack on my computer & I need that page with all my codes and stuff. Shit.

Didn't you save your allkeys.skf anywhere? If not, mail to rb[at]creamware.de. He can help.

Yeah, thanks, wow, now I know. I'll save the hell out my allkeys.skf. That's crazy. Well thanks I've sent an email in and hopefully, really hopefully I'll get a responce and be up and running again. Bloody hell.

It doesn't work, I just tried it. Error 404 and some German text.

works here, but the allkeys are ancient, Juli 2005... mail ralf for the allkeys, as usual...

I got a link like that mailed by.. I think ralf, but that only worked for the card I just registered (I have several). there was no way of getting the keyfiles for my older cards. I was told later in a mail the feature was abandoned anyway. I can, nevertheless, still request that special allkeys file (my link was given without the www at the beginning, but the host is the same, anyway).

a short check tells me, hm, flexor seems to be missing, so it's old

I wrote them several months ago, when I just needed it. they got back at me, yes, and said something like thanks for the hint. afair mypage was up 1 or 2 days later, when I checked again. I think I mailed to support@... instead of ralf, btw.

if you write from a freebie email account, you may get spam filtered. there are hundreds and hundreds of spam messages each day, sometimes real email gets missed. try again.

maybe the question should have been a different one (and I was somewhat interested in the answer to that...).

I know quite well that I can get my keyfiles whenever I ask ralf for that, but I got accustomed to have access to my profile whenever and wherever I want. when I'm at the office I have no physical access to my cards, and there are, you know, occasional events like the winterspecial, where it comes handy to have a look at my cards to see which one I should license a special item to. I also like the idea of the generated downloads. but there seems a coincidence between special sales and mypage downs. I'm sure it's online all the time, but not when I (and I understand the creation of this thread as a proof that I'm not alone ) need it most.

that's why I was hoping for an answer to the question "when will it be back up?"
I don't mind the shop. the interim solution is fine for me, but I would be happy if mypage was back.
