wolf audio design - update galore

Post by wolf »

Hi,

nearly all devices are updated now !

These updates address mainly the surfaces and some small bugfixes, but also introduce some significant new features and new devices.
Despite the work put in all updates are free for exisiting customers !

Regarding spEQtrum: There was a wish to put the controls in a separate window. Beside one person everyone responded with no need for that (via mail), so I decided to put my ressources in other working areas (sorry, erminardi).

As SpEQtrum is now one of the most flexible EQs available today, I decided to raise its price for 10 Eur, but not before November, so hurry up to get the update for free.

Below is a list about what has changed for all devices.

Image

Changes
========

spEQtrum v1.5 :
---------------------
- surface redesign
- gain coupling for more emulation possibilities
- new behaviour and usage of frequency coupling
- selected band is now highlighted
- deactivated bands don't vanish anymore, but are dimmed
- some smaller fixes not worth to mention (in reality I forgot them)
- some internal changes, which makes it easier to supply future updates
- manual updated

AnalyzerPack v1.2 :
--------------------------
new devices added:
- bridge8
-> peak & rms level meter bridge for 8 in/outs)

- 2vu / 8vu
-> small level meter with LEDs to see levels in the routing window, helps a lot for having a fast overview

fixes / changes:
- all device titles can now be renamed by simply clicking on the title
- Analyzer B/C: surface positions now remembered, when used as insert
- surface position now remembered in screensets
- some internal changes, which makes it easier to supply future updates
- manual updated

MidiToolBox v1.4 :
-----------------------
new stuff :

Audio2Note (device)
This one is different to the free version as it has more options and therefor can achieve better and more consistent results.

SoftTakeOver (modular module)

fixes / changes:
- LFO2Control / MultiControl: dsp saving routines added
- devices: surface position now remembered in screensets
- modular modules: poly/mono switch removed (it made no sense anyway)
- modular modules: internal changes to allow sharing of modular patches
- manual updated

MatrixDelay/MatrixInsert v1.1 :
--------------------------------------
- surface redesign
- MatrixDelay: fx-pre-delay setting now routes wet signal through the fx section
- MatrixInsert: added in/out peak vu and VU LEDs after each insert

LoopMangler v1.2 :
------------------------
- added separate outputs for each loop line

LochNess v1.1 :
---------------------
- added eq curve to see result of dynamic eq
- eq curve can be hidden

have fun!
Wolfgang

Hey, Wolf, don't worry
Thanks for your kind attention to my requests.
I really love the fellowship feel in this awesome forum...
4PC + Scope 5.0 + no more Xite + 2xScope Pro + 6xPulsarII + 2xLunaII + SDK + a lot of devices (Flexor III & Solaris 4.1 etc.) + Plugiator.

mmh, sorry Jimmy, somehow your pm's or mails never reached me, indeed. I don't have any clue, why. However, I'd be happy to have you as my customer !
Please try it again with a mail to wolfgang (at) worldless.com or just navigate to my website and get the bundle via there or directly here:

If there are any questions, I'd be happy to answer them.

I wish you both will be able to communicate, cause wolf's stuff is a great addition to scope :-)
here is small mp3 of biosc4 sequenced by step 32, and where the filter of the "bass" is controlled by the step seq velocity fader.. works pretty cool.

Hi Okantah,

I'm not shure if I understand you correct.
Do you mean your email address is not accepted at shareit ?
Could you try another mail address ?

Thanks for the nice demo-mp3, mehdi :)

Jimmy, I just sent a mail to your address.

cheers

Hi Wolfgang,
thanks for the update, it's even more welcome for me because I've just bought the analyzer pack (even prior to any news regarding this)!
On the other hand, I'm still waiting for a reply (my main mail server is down) since wed18...ahem, is there anything to be done?
Just hoping I'll get simply the new version, no multiple downloads, let's put it this way!
Thanks in advance and be aware that you're gaining a lot of respect in the whole community.

Hi Giovanni, thanks for the kind words. There seems to be the devil inside all this mail fun these days ..
Please have a look at your private messages.

Jimmy, even after wading through the spam folder, there's no mail from you right now. This really starts to make me wondering ...

I'll send a PM to both of you now.

Thanks,
Wolfgang

Wolf, there could indeed be something wrong, as I can't get acces to your ftp server after my (confirmed) purchase
(right name and password used).
I'll try again tonight :-)

Thanks for the hint, hubird.

ftp should work now (generally if it doesn't, try again 15 min. later, it has a dynamic IP, which needs to be updated every 24 hrs).
Mails should always work, as they are running via another provider.

Are there others, which send me a mail and didn't receive an answer ?
In that case I'll need to talk some serious words with my provider

Well let's say it here too. I find your asking price ridiculously low and have requested a special link from PayPal for a round figure of 400 USD. Is this acceptable to you? I would like you to send this to my email, as JB, DAS, SpaceF, and others have done. This is secure and efficient way of making my purchases, and I detest anything which isn't a round figure. I hope 400 USD is sufficient. You guys always sell your stuff 4 such cheap prices, be loud and proud.

Jimmy,

this is really a great offer from you. Thanks a lot !

However I'm not into paypal, but I could set you up a page in shareit. Would that be ok for you ?
well, I could also use paypal, but I'm completely unfamilar with it

cheers
