SDK surface design

Hi, does anyone have or know how to get the chapters on surface design from the sdk manual?

Unfortunately the forum doesn't seem to be working - it won't let me register.
I just can't work out how to create a custom surface - or at least link GOs to the right controls....
can anyone help?

The forum you are talking about, it's not working at the moment. Try PM people in the Scope Development area of our Z forum, there you'll find some serious geeks that could inform you about your needs
